On March 9, 2026, our carbon sink project located in Dumai City, Riau Province, Indonesia — the Pekanbaru Suntara Peatland Project (PSPP) — officially entered the third‑party validation and verification stage.

This means that the project’s carbon emission reductions will undergo rigorous review by an independent body to verify their authenticity, additionality and multiple benefits under the Verified Carbon Standard (VCS) and the Climate, Community & Biodiversity (CCB) Standards, to safeguard the tangible delivery of biodiversity conservation and local community livelihoods, and to build market trust in high‑quality, nature‑based carbon credits.

During the on‑site audit, the third‑party audit team carried out meticulous field verification, including:
• Spot checks of sample points or sample plots for activities such as WRC, BL‑UP, ARR and canal blocking at the project site;
• Community interviews: convening villagers for interview sessions and on‑site visits to community development investments;
• Detailed examination of project documentation and data.

From field monitoring to community interviews, this milestone embodies the dedication of our on‑the‑ground team, partners and indigenous communities. Every step of a carbon project depends on authentic, transparent and traceable on‑the‑ground practices. We sincerely appreciate the audit team’s professional guidance and rigorous evaluation. We will systematically refine the project in strict accordance with the feedback received, and contribute real and measurable carbon sink outcomes to climate action.
