The University of Muhammadiyah Riau conducted a community survey which achieved complete success.
● The survey aimed to establish a baseline of the social conditions of communities residing within and around the industrial forest concession area of PT. Suntara Gajapati.
● Utilizing the specialized "Sustainable Livelihood Framework (SLF)" as a professional tool, the survey ensured that project design can precisely address community needs and achieve synergistic benefits for climate, communities, and biodiversity.

Through structured interviews, focus group discussions, and questionnaires, the survey team engaged in candid and open communication with community members. Systematic quantitative data was collected on key issues such as land rights, employment opportunities, and environmental impacts, covering demographics, economy, education, healthcare, sanitation, as well as awareness and expectations regarding carbon sink projects.
